<p class="p1">Unser Pak-Choi aus dem Rabengarten ist da! Gemeint ist chinesischer Senf- oder Blätterkohl. Wir lieben es, den Kohl zu zerkleinern und kurz in der Pfanne anzubraten mit Knoblauch, Ingwer, Chilischoten, Currygewürz und Pinienkernen. So entfaltet er sein volles Aroma und bleibt saftig. Dazu lockeren Basmatireis und wer mag noch kross gebratenen Fisch, zum Beispiel Lachs oder lecker geschnetzeltes Huhn aus der Pfanne.</p>
<p class="p1">Pak Choi<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>hat kaum Kalorien, wenig Kohlenhydrate, ist gut verdaulich und dadurch gut bekömmlich<span class="s1">. Die Kohlart </span>enthält zudem viel <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalium"><span class="s2">Kalium</span></a> und <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carotin"><span class="s3">Carotin</span></a>, <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calcium"><span class="s2">Calcium</span></a>, <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_C"><span class="s2">Vitamin C</span></a> und einige <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_B"><span class="s2">B-Vitamine</span></a>.
